Henderson Silver Knights & Fyrosity® Celebrating Our Military Community
February 8, 2025, Henderson Silver Knights USAF Jersey reveal at Fyrosity®. During their Military Appreciation Knight, the Henderson Silver Knights unveiled special jerseys honoring the U.S. Air Force. These themed jerseys were worn during the game against the Calgary Wranglers, which the Silver Knights won 2-1 in a shootout.
The design of the jerseys was specifically inspired by the Air Force, featuring elements that pay tribute to its heritage. Following the game, the team auctioned off the game-worn and team-issued jerseys, with proceeds benefiting The Folded Flag Foundation and Merging Vets & Players.

In a spectacular display of support, our very own Sammy Vassilev took the Silver Knights’ Military Appreciation jersey to new heights – literally. Sammy performed an incredible skydive while wearing the special-edition blue jersey, with Sergii Mokhov capturing every breathtaking moment in freefall. Talk about making an entrance!
These stunning aerial shots showcase not just the jersey’s striking blue design, but also the boundless spirit of our Henderson / Las Vegas community. Against the vast Nevada sky, Sammy and Sergii created something truly special – a perfect blend of extreme sports and hockey culture, all in support of our military.
The limited-edition jerseys, which perfectly blend the Silver Knights’ signature style with a powerful tribute to our service members, aren’t just for skydiving stunts.
