TICKET PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DISCLOSED TO PURCHASER & AGREED TO BY THE TICKET PURCHASER BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE & TICKETS PURCHASED
REFUND POLICY: Refund requests must be submitted by email only at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date and time. Refund requests by phone, text, social media, or third parties on behalf of the ticket holder will not be accepted. Refund requests submitted less than 48 hours from the scheduled check-in date and time will not be refunded. Tickets are non-refundable 48 hours or less. Issued refunds will be less the booking and processing fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations must be submitted by email only at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date and time. Cancellation requests by phone, text, social media, or third parties on behalf of the ticket holder will not be accepted. Tickets are non-refundable within or less than 48 hours from the scheduled check-in date and time.
RESCHEDULING POLICY – All rescheduling requests must be submitted via the ticket management portal only by clicking on the MANAGE MY TICKET link located inside your Ticket Purchase Confirmation email to ensure proper time-stamping and validation. Requests submitted via phone, text, email, or social media will not be accepted. All time-based policies are calculated based on the scheduled check-in time, not jump time. All availability for rescheduling is available online. Please check the available dates and times by clicking on the CHECK AVAILABILITY BUTTON at the top of the webpage. Select what works best for you and request your rescheduling accordingly.
FREE STANDARD RESCHEDULING 24+ HOURS REQUEST – Requests submitted 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
LATE RESCHEDULING LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN – Rescheduling requests submitted between 12 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time may be accommodated at the sole discretion of management, subject to availability, and require a non-refundable $150.00 per ticket rescheduling fee and all applicable fees. The fee can not be applied toward any other products or services.
RESCHEDULING REQUESTS LESS THAN 12 HOURS – Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time, but more than 2 hours before the scheduled check-in time, are considered last-minute changes. Due to the high operational costs associated with aviation and skydiving activities, including the pre-allocation of aircraft, crew, and scheduled flight slots, and the limited ability to reallocate such reservations on short notice, last-minute rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the sole discretion of management. A $200.00 per ticket last-minute rescheduling fee applies. The fee must be paid in full at the time of request. Upon payment, a credit voucher valid for 12 months will be issued for future use and will be governed by the Credit Voucher Policy below. The rescheduling fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward any other products or services. If the fee is declined or no request is made, the ticket will be forfeited and classified as a “No Show / Missed Flight.” Rescheduling requests submitted during overnight hours may not be reviewed until the following business day. Fyrosity® is not responsible for delays in processing, and submission timing does not guarantee availability.
RESCHEDULING REQUESTS LESS THAN 2 HOURS OR AFTER SCHEDULED CHECK-IN – Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time, or at any time after the scheduled check-in time, will not be honored. The ticket will be automatically forfeited and classified as a “No Show / Missed Flight.” No refunds, rescheduling, or credit vouchers will be issued.
TICKET HOLD REQUEST POLICY: Free ticket hold requests must be submitted by email only at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time. Ticket hold requests by phone, text, social media, or third parties on behalf of the ticket holder will not be accepted. Tickets put on hold become non-refundable if canceled. On-hold tickets are 100% transferable. Max ticket hold time is 1 year 356 days from the original scheduled check-in date & time. Rescheduling tickets in “on-hold’ status is subject to availability and price difference.
TICKET HOLD REQUESTS LESS THAN 24 HOURS: Rescheduling ticket holds less than 24 hours must be submitted by email only no later than 5pm the day before your scheduled jump flight. A fee of $75 per ticket will be charged. Requests made after 5pm, will not be honored and tickets will not be put on hold. Ticket hold requests by phone, text, social media, or third parties on behalf of the ticket holder will not be accepted. No show results in ticket forfeit.
TICKET TRANSFERS: All tickets are fully transferable except those classified as forfeited, including no-shows, disqualified for safety, void, or expired vouchers.
TICKET PURCHASED LESS THAN 48 HOURS POLICY: Tickets purchased less than 48 hours from the check-in date and time are non-refundable but may be rescheduled, transferred, or placed on hold in accordance with posted policies.
SAME DAY TICKET PURCHASE POLICY: Same-day ticket purchases are final. They cannot be refunded, rescheduled, held, transferred, or credited. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
JUMP LOCATION: 45 – 65 Min drive North-East (NE) from Las Vegas on I-15(N) Exit # 93: Fyrosity® @ Overton Airport – 1110 Airport Road, Overton, NV 89040. No skydiving in Las Vegas at our Corporate HQ in Las Vegas.
TRANSPORTATION: Ticket holders must arrange their own transportation to the jump location address listed above! If Lyft, Uber, Taxi or Limo is used, keep the driver on-site until done! The experience provider does not provide transportation of any kind! No show due to transportation issues results in ticket forfeit. No refund, reschedule, ticket hold or credit vouchers will be issued.

FUEL SURCHARGE FEE: $10 – $60 per person as of 4/6/26
OVERWEIGHT POLICY: Ticket holders must meet the posted maximum weight limit of 220 lbs (100 kg). Any individual who purchases a ticket by inaccurately reporting their weight, and upon check-in is found to exceed the posted weight limit, will not be permitted to skydive. In such cases, the ticket will be forfeited. No refunds, reschedules, credit vouchers, or ticket holds will be issued under any circumstances.

MENTAL & PHYSICAL HEALTH: All participants must be physically and mentally fit for skydiving, including the ability to lift both legs to at least 70° for landing.
US CITIZENS IDENTIFICATION: Effective May 7, 2025, U.S. citizens must present a valid REAL ID or U.S. passport to verify age, identity, and payment. Expired IDs, photocopies, or phone photos are not accepted. No valid ID = ticket forfeit.
NON-US CITIZENS IDENTIFICATION: Non-U.S. citizens must present a valid passport only to verify age, identity, and payment. Expired passports, photocopies, or phone photos are not accepted. No valid passport = ticket forfeit.
VOUCHERS & GIFT CARDS POLICY: Tickets purchased with Fyrosity® Gift Cards or Fyrosity® Vouchers are non-refundable! Eligible for reschedule or hold only per posted policies!
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER: Fyrosity® reserves the right to cancel jump operations at any time on short notice, including the morning/day of or during active operations, due to unsafe weather. All affected tickets will be placed on hold and Credit Vouchers issued. Refunds are not provided unless the Bad Weather Refund Guarantee (BWRG) was purchased at the time of ticket purchase.
CREDIT VOUCHER POLICY – Credit vouchers are subject to the following terms. Credit Vouchers are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the original scheduled check-in date and time. Credit Vouchers are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and have no cash value. Credit Vouchers retain the original paid value of the ticket only, excluding any non-refundable fees, fuel surcharges, weight fees, or applicable taxes. If the price of the selected experience at the time of redemption exceeds the original value, the difference must be paid by the customer. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused balance. Credit Vouchers are valid for one-time use only. Once redeemed, all current terms and conditions apply to the new ticket. Additional rescheduling of voucher-based bookings may be subject to applicable fees. Credit Vouchers are transferable within the validity period. Credit Vouchers may not be split, combined, or applied to multiple reservations. The Credit Voucher must be reassigned to a specific named individual prior to use. Fyrosity® reserves the right to verify the identity of the new Credit Voucher holder at check-in. Credit Vouchers may be extended for an additional 6 months for a $50 fee per voucher for each 6-month extension. Each Credit Voucher may be extended a maximum of 2 times. Extension requests must be submitted prior to the expiration date. Credit Vouchers expire automatically after the validity period and will not be reinstated if expired. Expired Credit Vouchers are not eligible for extension under any circumstances. Credit Vouchers must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
NO SHOW / MISSED FLIGHT POLICY – If a ticket holder fails to arrive on time or for maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled check-in and/or does not complete a rescheduling request or cancelation request within the required timeframes, the ticket holder will be classified as a “No Show / Missed Flight.” The ticket will be forfeited in full. No refunds, rescheduling, or credit vouchers will be issued. No-shows with deposits will be charged the remaining balance in full.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL POLICY: Fyrosity® enforces a strict 0.00% Drugs & Alcohol Policy. Any ticket holder under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or other substances, or showing signs of intoxication, will be disqualified and asked to leave. Breathalyzer testing will be conducted; skydiving is permitted only with a 0.00% result. Tickets with 0.01% and above are forfeited—no refunds, credits, holds, or rescheduling will be provided under any circumstances.
