TICKET PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DISCLOSED TO PURCHASER & AGREED TO BY THE TICKET PURCHASER BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE & TICKETS PURCHASED

AGE: Must be 18 years old on the day of the scheduled jump flight.

MAX WEIGHT: 220lb / 100kg in Green Zone per Height and Weight Chart posted. 

WEIGHT FEES – $40 – Green Zone (OK) -200 – 220lb | $60 – Yellow Zone (EVAL) upon approval – 200 – 220lb.  

HEIGHT & WEIGHT: Must be proportionate according to posted height and weight chart.  Meeting weight & height limits does not guarantee a skydive, if jumper is in poor physical condition, and is not able to lift legs for lending or perform basic physical functions needed to skydive.

(RED ZONE) TICKET HOLDERS:  Ticket holders in the Red Zone (overweight and/or over height customers) who have purchased tickets, having acknowledged the posted height & weight limitations, and surpassing the weight & height restrictions, will be unable to skydive.  No refunds, credit vouchers, or rescheduling will be issued.

(YELLOW ZONE) TICKET HOLDERS:  Ticket holders in the Yellow Zone (EVAL) in the posted height and weight chart must be evaluated and approved by instructor at check-in to skydive – $60 weight fees will apply.  If not approved, a Credit Voucher will be issued to each Yellow Zone (EVAL) ticket holder valid for 1 year from the date of issue.  No refunds. 

HEIGHT:  Min 4’7” / 139cm | Max  – 6’2” / 74in / 189cm. Height & Weight Propionate in Green Zone. No refunds, Credit Voucher or rescheduling to ticket holders over the posted height & weight limitations.  Tickets are automatically forfeited.

FUEL SURCHARGE:  Daily variable fuel surcharge fee is charged to all tickets at ticket purchase.  Fuel surcharge fee varies between $0 – $30 / per person.

MENTAL & PHYSICAL HEALTH:  Every ticket holder must possess the physical and mental readiness required for skydiving, including the ability to lift both legs straight up in front to at least 70 degrees for a safe landing. Those who, upon evaluation, are deemed unfit either mentally or physically for skydiving will not be allowed to skydive.  No refund – No credit voucher – No rescheduling will be issued to such customers.  

US CITIZENS IDENTIFICATION:  Each ticket holder who is US Citizen must provide a valid US Gov issued ID – Real ID or Passport to verify age, identity, and payment!  No photocopies, old non Real ID documents, phone photos or expired IDs accepted! No ID or Passport – No flying – No refund – No credit voucher – No rescheduling! 

NON-US CITIZENTS IDENTIFICATION:  All NON-US Citizen ticket holders must provide a Passport only to verify age, identity, and payment! No photocopies, phone photos or expired IDs accepted! No ID or Passport – No flying – No refund – No credit voucher – No rescheduling!

JUMP LOCATION: 45 – 55 Min drive North-East (NE) from Las Vegas on I-15(N) Exit # 93: Fyrosity® @ Overton Airport – 1110 Airport Road, Overton, NV 89040. No skydiving in Las Vegas at our Corporate HQ in Las Vegas. 

TRANSPORTATION – SELF DRIVE: Self Drive via own auto or rental car!  If Lyft, Uber, Taxi or Limo is used, keep the driver onsite to drive you back!

TICKET PURCHASE LESS THAN 48 HOURS POLICY:  All tickets purchased 48 hours or less from the scheduled jump flight are non-refundable.

VOUCHERS & GIFT CARDS POLICY:  Tickets purchased with Fyrosity® Gift Cards or Fyrosity® Vouchers are non-refundable! Eligible for reschedule only per Reschedule Policy! 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY:  All cancellations require 48 hours or more from scheduled jump flight date and check-in time via email only to ******@******.com for a full refund less the booking & processing fees! No SMS/TEXT/FACEBOOK/PHONE CALLS accepted for cancellations. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, less than 48 hours from scheduled date and check-in time! 

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER: Fyrosity® reserves the right to cancel jump operations due to unsafe weather conditions at any time.  No refunds are issued due to weather cancellations, unless 3rd Party Bad Weather Refund Guarantee option (BWRG) is purchased at the time of original ticket purchase.  A Credit Voucher will be issued to each ticket holder valid for 1 year from the original jump flight date and time to reschedule.

CREDIT VOUCHER POLICY:  Credit Vouchers are automatically issued for cancellation of operations due to bad weather conditions or other unforeseen issues without purchase of BWRG.  Credit Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

RESCHEDULE POLICY: All rescheduling requires 24 hours or more from scheduled jump flight date and check-in time via email only to ******@******.com.  No fee if rescheduled more than 24 hours before scheduled date and check-in time.  No SMS/TEXT/FACEBOOK/PHONE CALLS accepted for rescheduling.

RESCHEDULE POLICY LESS THAN 24 HOURS: $150 non-refundable rescheduling fee will be charged per each ticket holder to reschedule less than 24 hours from scheduled check-in time.  Email only to ******@******.com.  No SMS/TEXT/FACEBOOK/PHONE CALLS accepted for rescheduling.

RESCHEDULE POLICY FOR LESS THAN 12 HOURS OR THE MORNING OF YOUR JUMP FLIGHT:  Rescheduling less than 12 hours even via email or calls the morning of the jump flight will be classified as “No Show / Missed flight”.  Tickets are automatically forfeited if ticket holders are “No Show / Missed flight” per NO SHOW / MISSED FLIGHT POLICY.

LATE ARRIVAL & NO WAIVER POLICY:  0 – 15 Minutes from scheduled check-in time – $100 late fee charged to each late ticket holder for late arrival.  An additional $100 charged if waiver has not been completed before arriving for check-in.

NO SHOW / MISSED FLIGHT POLICY:  All ticket holders who are 15 minutes late past their scheduled check-in time will automatically be classified as “No Show / Missed Flight” ticket holders. Even if they arrive for check-in 15 minutes past the scheduled time, they may not be permitted to jump due to appointments with other customers. There will be no refunds, rescheduling, or credit vouchers available for “No Show / Missed Flights” ticket holders. No Shows will be charged the full price if only a deposit has been paid.

SAME DAY TICKET PURCHASE:  Same day ticket purchases cannot be rescheduled, are not eligible for Credit Vouchers, are non-refundable if canceled or customer is a “no-show”

DRUGS & ALCOHOL POLICY:  For everyone’s safety, we enforce a strict 0.00% Drugs & Alcohol Policy. Anyone under the influence of substances, including alcohol or marijuana, will not be allowed to skydive and will be asked to leave the premises. Signs of intoxication will result in an alcohol breathalyzer test, and skydiving is only permitted with a 0.00% result. If a guest appears intoxicated after passing the breathalyzer, they will be deemed under the influence of drugs and disqualified from skydiving. The same applies to guests with a noticeable odor of marijuana. No refunds, credit vouchers, or rescheduling will be offered in these cases. Tickets will be forfeited without exception.

AGGRESSIVE & VIOLENT BEHAVIOUR ON FEDERAL AIRPORT PROPERTY: Any ticket holder who exhibits aggressive or violent behavior towards staff or other customers, whether due to being denied the opportunity to skydive for reasons such as intoxication, exceeding weight and height limitations, or any other cause, will be promptly escorted from the Federal Airport Property with police assistance. They will be trespassed and may face charges for federal offenses. Tickets will be automatically forfeited, and no refunds, credit vouchers, or rescheduling options will be provided. At Fyrosity® and on any Federal Airport Property, aggressive and violent behavior is strictly prohibited. Nevada Law dictates severe consequences for customers engaging in such behavior while under the influence of substances.
