CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS – Plans change—we understand! Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled check-in time to receive a refund of your ticket amount, less applicable booking and processing fees.

RESCHEDULING – Need to change your date or time? Free rescheduling is available when requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in date and time, subject to availability.

NO SHOW / MISSED FLIGHT – Please arrive on time! If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled check-in time, or fail to appear for your reservation, you will be considered a No Show / Missed Flight, and your ticket will be forfeited without refund, Credit Voucher, or rescheduling.

WEATHER POSTPONEMENT – Skydiving is weather-dependent, and safety always comes first. Fyrosity® may postpone your skydive due to unsafe weather, including on short notice or the morning of your scheduled experience. If your skydive is postponed due to weather, your eligible ticket value is protected, and a Credit Voucher will be issued so you can return on another available date.

AGE, HEIGHT & WEIGHT – Participants must be 18 years or older. Maximum weight is 220 lb / 100 kg. Height and weight eligibility is subject to the Fyrosity® Height & Weight Chart. Eligible participants weighing 200–220 lb are subject to a $40 Green Zone or $60 approved Yellow Zone (EVAL) Weight Surcharge Fee, as applicable. Maximum standard height is 6’2″ / 188 cm.

IDENTIFICATION – U.S. citizens: Original, valid REAL ID-compliant government-issued photo ID or valid U.S. Passport required. Non-U.S. citizens: Original, valid foreign passport required.

ALCOHOL, DRUGS & SAFETY – Participants must maintain a 0.00% BAC. Alcohol consumption, impairment from marijuana or other substances, illegal drug use, unsafe conduct, refusal of requested testing, or refusal to follow safety instructions may result in denial of participation.
