Each and every customer AGREES to the following Refund and Cancellation Policy listed as part of the original Reservation Process at time of reserving the skydiving appointment and publicly listed online at www.SkydiveFyrosityLasVegas.com/refund-cancellation-policy
ONLINE PAYMENT AND RESERVATION FOR TANDEM SKYDIVING SERVICES:
- All payments made for tandem skydiving reservations and skydiving services including the $3.00 booking fee with Skydive Fyrosity® made online at www.SkydiveFyrosityLasVegas.com at the time of the reservation or any other online reservation portal at the time of the original reservation for skydiving services are NON-REFUNDABLE! ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the following conditions are met and or apply.
REFUNDS POLICY:
- Refunds may be issued ONLY under the following 3 (three) conditions: Jump day is canceled by Skydive Fyrosity® in writing via provided customer’s email or text to customer’s provided mobile phone number, or both, due to unsafe weather conditions and customer is not able to reschedule.
- Jump day is canceled by Skydive Fyrosity® in writing via provided customer’s email or text to customer’s provided mobile phone number, or both due to technical issues on the side of Skydive Fyrosity® and customer is not able to reschedule.
- Jump is canceled by customer at least 48 hours or MORE prior to scheduled date and time or skydiving appointment via email in writing to
NO REFUND POLICY:
- Refunds will NOT be issued for any other reasons including, but not limited to: o No refund will be issued if the customer fails to cancel the skydiving appointment in writing via email to 48 hours or more prior to the date and time of the skydiving appointment.
- No refund will be issued if the customer fails to reschedule the skydiving appointment in writing to 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled date and time of the skydiving appointment and customer fails to show up for the skydiving appointment.
- No refund will be issued if the customer fails to show up for the skydiving appointment the customer has made. Customer will be considered a “No Show – No Call”.
- No refunds will be issued if the customer makes a reservation and fails to disclose any health or mental issues that may prohibit the customer from tandem skydiving.
- No refund will be issued for skydiving appointments made less than 48 hours from date and time of skydiving appointment.
- No refund will be issued for same day skydiving reservations.
- No refund will be issued for same day reservations and the customer fails to show up or does not meet the skydiving limitations the customer agreed upon at time of the reservation of less than 220lb / 100kg and less than 6’2” / 189 cm.
- No refunds will be issued if the customer is overweight (more than 220lb / 100kg or oversize ( taller than 6’2 “ / 189 cm) and is not able to skydive due to providing wrong information at time of reservation.
- No refund will be issued if the customer refuses to skydive for any reasons once the customer is trained
- No refund will be issued if the customer does not bring proper ID to verify customer’s identity and is not allowed to skydive, due to lack of Identification.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
- Cancelations for skydiving appointments with full refund, less the booking fee of $3.00 per person, can be made in writing only by the customer via email to of 48 hours or MORE from the date and time of the skydiving appointment. Any and all cancelations by the customer for skydiving appointments are NOT accepted less than 48 hours of the date and time of the skydiving appointment, same day cancelations, via phone or text or any other types of communication. If customer does not cancel the skydiving appointment more than 48 hours in writing via email to , customer will be considered a “no show, no call” and customer agrees to forfeit deposit or payment in full for the skydiving appointment.
