Our community has been through a lot over the last few months. All of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: Our commitment to your safety!

 

Our Top Priority has, and always will be your SAFETY! We have employed stringent cleaning and Safety practices to support the health and wellness of our Employees and Customers.

 

We are using disinfectant to clean all the common areas including the Airplane, we are implementing physical – distancing measures, limiting the numbers of the Tandem clients in the Airplane, modifying the space, providing masks for Employees and customers.

 

The infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep clients and staff safe:

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Our office staff will ask you some screening questions when you arrive at the Skydiving location.

  • Your temperature will be taken with no-contact thermometer.

  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the check-in area and the hangar.

  • You are required to use face covering or a mask while at the Drop Zone.

We have added multiple layers of stringent cleaning and disinfecting:

  • A broad-spectrum disinfectant will be used to clean commonly used areas (check-in area, check-in stations, tables, chairs, bathrooms, airplane, seat-belts, door handles) multiple times a day.
  • Hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes will be available at the Drop Zone.
  • All jump googles will be disinfected with special google disinfectant and custom Lab certified UV light sanitizer.
  • All jump customers will have an option to purchase brand new jump googles as well.
  • Disinfected jump gloves will be provided.  All gloves are washed and disinfected after every jump. You are welcome to use your own gloves which will provide protection from gravel and scratches during the landing.  Latex gloves will not work!
  • Clean and disinfected Jumpsuits will be provided.  All jumpsuits are washed and disinfected after every jump.
  • Aircraft will be cleaned and disinfected with FAA approved cleaners and disinfectants used by major airlines.
  • Bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected every morning and every 1 hour throughout the day.
  • We have aligned these stringent cleaning policies and procedures with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We have added new physical-distancing practices:

  • We are limiting the number of people in the Airplane to provide Customers more personal space, so there will be only ONE Tandem in the Airplane.
  • All the customers will be required to fill out their waivers online to limit the amount of exchanges you make with others.
  • Reservations time will be managed to allow for social distancing between clients.
  • We will do our best to allow greater time between the clients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of the clients in the hangar area at any one time.
  • We have discontinued our Shuttle service until further notice, so all the customers will need to find their own transportation to and from the Skydiving location.
  • We are implementing additional spectator crowd control.
  • We will encourage the spectators to respect the personal space of others during waiting. All the spectators must wear masks.

Everything you need to do

  • Gloves and Mask (face coverings) are mandatory during your stay at the Drop Zone. If you forget your mask at home, one will be available for you. (Tandem skydive customers ONLY).
  • It is highly encouraged to bring your own hand sanitizer.
  • All the non–jumping spectators accompanying the jumper will be required to have their own masks or they will not be allowed to stay at the Drop Zone! Absolutely no exceptions!
  • Fill out your electronic waiver PRIOR TO your arrival at the Drop Zone. Click on the SOLID TEAL LINK WITH YOUR NAME
  • Maintain physical spacing 6FT APART at the airport and in the hangar.
  • Please stay home and do not come to the Drop Zone if you are sick or have COVID-19 or any illness symptoms. We never charge a fee to change the date of your Tandem Skydive. You can re-schedule your reservation 48 hours before the date of your appointment.
  • Follow the posted, signs, Rules and Regulations at the Drop Zone when you arrive.

Cleaning around the clock

  • An alcohol-based disinfectant that kills viruses is applied on every surface in the client area, the Aircraft, and the bathroom area.
  • Hand sanitizer and wipes will be available in the hangar.
  • We are cleaning the check in counters, gates, payment stations, tables, waiting areas, door handles, and surfaces multiple times a day.
  • The airplane’s most touched parts are to be sanitized after each load.
  • A special UV goggle sanitizers will be sanitizing all the goggles and gloves after each customer. Th UV sanitizers are designed to meet the demanding needs of the science labs. Five-minute exposure of UV light will kill over 99.5% of all bacteria and viruses present.

Helping everyone keep their distance

  • We are limiting the number of people – to One Tandem per flights in the Airplane to provide Customers more personal space.
  • We will encourage the spectators to respect the personal space of others during waiting, to wear mask and to practice social distancing of 6 ft apart.
  • We have discontinued our Shuttle service until further notice, so all the customers will need to find their own transportation to and from the Skydiving location.
  • We are posting signage and floor markers to encourage physical distancing in check in area.
  • The hugs at arrival, after landing and goodbye hugs will have to hold off for a while.

Equipping Employees

  • Our Customer-facing Employees are required to wear masks.
  • We’re cleaning the check-in counters, gates, tables spectators’ areas and bathrooms multiple times a day.

    • Every customer is jumping with gloves provided by us. We wash and disinfect them after every jump. You are welcome to use your own gloves.
